Henry Harold Fullerton was born in 1859 in Thrybergh, Yorkshire. The son of Arthur Fullerton, the local rector at that time. Bt 1871 he was attending boarding school in Great Malvern.  
Fullerton was commissioned into the 3rd West Yorks and was promoted to Lieutenant on 7th May 1880. He was later transferred to the 2nd Bn of the Royal West Surrey Regiment serving with them in Burma during the Third Anglo-Burmese War 
The medal is confirmed on the roll which states 'Dead'. Henry sadly died on the 3rd of December 1886 in Burma, India.
