A FINE DUTCH BURR WALNUT GLAZED CABINET ON CHEST,

18th century, the glazed upper section with a shaped and moulded cornice carved with flowers and leafy scrolls, over a pair of glazed doors enclosing serpentine shelves with parcel gilt carved edges, the bombe base with three drawers, apparently retaining the original gilt metal handles and escutcheons, flanked by broad canted angles opening to reveal drawers, the undulating apron carved with rocaille work and scrolls on carved claw and ball feet,  159cm wide x 214cm high
