Circa 1800, with a leather-lined top over an arrangement of drawers and hinged drawers, apparently retaining the original handles, on a spirally wrythen shaft and a quadripartite base with brass claw toe caps and castors
CONDITION:
The table bears the usual minor knocks and scuffs overall consistent with age and use. The leather top is bereft, being very worn overall and split. Sections of veneer around the top are replaced, others are missing. The table revolves on its stem. All drawers and doors are rather bleached, dry and faded. Lengths of beading are replaced, others missing. The stem, legs, caps and castors are in perfectly good order.
