The item bears the usual minor scuffs and knocks, overall consistent with age and use . two of the chairs have significant splits, developing into full breaks, both in the front right leg (as one looks at the chair). In the other two chair joints are a little loose. There are old and minor closed splits in places overall. Painted decoration is in good order.
