The saint depicted kneeling before a crucifix in a rocky landscape, clutching a skull to his breast and gazing upwards as he contemplates death, the red cardinal robes draped around his emaciated frame matching the hat resting on an open book nearby, the lion recumbent at his feet, oil on canvas, 39cm x 29cm 

Extensive craquelure throughout, would benefit from a clean, no obvious signs of damage or restoration but not examined under UV.
