circa 1740, the rectangular quarter veneered top above two short and three graduated long drawers, all with brass swing handles and within reeded borders; with panelled oak sides, on bracket feet,

The item bears the usual minor scuffs and knocks, overall consistent with age and use. There are l ater filled gaps between the quarter veneers to the top. Also a significant crack through the timbers, right across the top. Stains tpo the top. Old closed splits to the oak sides. minor replaced veneers in places at the front as well as small areas of filler, now dicoloured. handles are replaces. Feet replaced.
