mid 18th century, the hinged top with eared front corners, opening to a later baize lined interior with four 'guinea wells', the serpentine front with shell carved centre, the cabriole legs with shell carved knees at the front, on paw feet,
Height 73cm
Width 87cm
Depth closed 42cm

The table bears the usual very minor knocks and scuffs overall consistent with age and use. There is minor, apparently long dead worming to the back. There are three or four minor, naturally occurring and closed splits in places. Also a restored split vertically down the right side frieze. The table has probably been repolished overall.
