circa 1815, with breakfront cornice above a recessed frieze with turned and half cut spindle, the sides with conforming uprights descending from bulls' eye motifs, flanking a rectangular plate, 80cm high x 53cm wide

The item bears the usual minor scuffs and knocks, overall consistent with age and use. there is also a 2" by 1" section coming away at the bottom left corner where the frame must have been knocked. The piece is still attached though and could be easily glued back.  Otherwise in good shape overall.
