ISMAY CH, KCB, DSO ON THE OCCASION OF HIS ADMITANCE TO THE FREEDOM AND LIVERY "HONORIS CAUSA" OF THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF VINTNERS', together with a medal with the livery insignia of the Worshipful company of Vintners with an inscription to the back to read 'Baron Ismay of Wormington G.C.B..C.H..D.S.O 9th May 1946
