Condition Report: click here
Estimate: £1,500 - £2,500
Hammer price: £2,600
Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

circa 1770, the top with ogee moulded edging, the four graduated drawers all with twin brass swing handles, flanked by canted and fluted angles, on bracket feet, 87cm high x 99cm wide x 57cm deep

Object bears the usual minor knocks and scuffs, overall consistent with age and use. Minor stains to top, restoration to veneers above each keyhole, and in other minor areas. Bottom draw has replaced veneers at lower front corners. Third draw has a more significant scuff at lower right front corner. Handles appear to be original. Feet might be later replaced. Despite the above, minor detractions, the lot appears in perfectly presentable shape.
