last quarter 18th century, with three graduated drawers all with twin gilt brass rectangular swing handles, the fitted interior of the uppermost with adjustable writing surface and covered compartments, flanked to each side by sycamore and ebony strung concave doors, on six tapering legs to block feet, 84cm high x 147cm wide x 60cm deep

The item bears the usual knocks and scuffs overall consistent with age and use. There are small areas of replacement veneers between the drawers. The green baze writing surface in the top draw is worn and torn in some places. The handles are replacements, otherwise the lot is in good condition.
