Condition Report: click here
Estimate: £800 - £1,200
Hammer price: £850
Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

late 19th century, the two frieze drawers each with a sprung brass knob handle, the support at each end with a high stretcher between, above two pairs of splayed legs to brass caps and castors, 70cm high x 92cm wide x 55cm deep

The item bears the usual knocks and scuffs overall consistent with age and use. Veneers to the cross banded front are a little chipped away in places. Losses to the sycamore edging of the drawer fronts and at the lower right of the front. Gilding is a little worn. Otherwise good order overall.
