Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

The item bears the usual very minor knocks and scuffs overall consistent with age and normal use.

The gilt tooled leather might be a later replacement but this is far from certain. Either way it has an aged look, without in any way  being in poor condition.

There are two or three old and minor scratches in places, and a scuff above the central keyhole.

Otherwise the lot appears to be in excellent shape.
