The cigar is from a very small production that Churchill personally oversaw for his 50th wedding anniversary. Churchill would have gifted these cigars to close friends and associates at Chartwell to celebrate his and Clementine's Golden Wedding Anniversary on September 12th, 1958. This rare survivor was given by Churchill to one of the electricians installing lights around the lake at Chartwell at the time.
