The Chronometer Bleu was launched in 2009 with the case made from tantalum, a heavy metal with greyish/blue tones which is harder to machine than platinum and gold, combined with a distinctive chrome blue dial which gives the watch its name - Chronometer Bleu. The watch is powered by a cal 1304 designed and manufactured in house by F. P. Journe and is made in 18ct rose gold.
