The chair appears in good overall condition with a lovely rich patina. The chair sits solid. There is wear and surface marks consistent with age and use. There is a small part of veneer missing to the top right of the back rest. The chair is later reupholstered. The upholstery needs repinning in a small place at the back. A part of the top of the back right leg has been re-glued. The front seat rail has had a later support put in.
