There are the inevitable minor dents, marks scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use. The top of the central panel with two shrinkage cracks: the veneer appears quite thin on top. Some small pieces of veneer missing on the right panel and a small scratch in the centre beside the keyhole. A crack to the strut below the drawer. The lower left drawer with some losses and minor replacements. There are some shrinkage splits to the left side panel at the edges. The metalwork is slightly tarnished but is in good condition and apparently original.
