Largely in good condition. The 'candlestick holder' or interior box, has been removed. There has also been replacement fabric bands added. There are areas of surface wear and minor scratches, with some more prominent scratches also (see photos). There is rubbing and wear to the metal mounts. There are a few small splits to the wood.
