The carpet is in overall good condition with minor wear and fading, and some staining to small areas: it would most likely benefit from a clean. There are no visible bald patches and the pile seems fairly even throughout. The fringe is in good condition with minimal thinning and losses though has most likely been cut down. The edging of the carpet appears even with minimum wear.
