The armchair is in fair condition, but would benefit from attention. The upholstery is in a poor state and would need to be replaced. Both arms are slightly unstable (one more so than the other), so would need attention to ensure the armchair was sturdy. The legs have sustained some knocks, scuffs and scrapes, some woodworm damage is evident and castors are present. Viewing recommended.
