first half of the 19th century, with two short drawers above three long with bone escutcheons, on splayed bracket feet, 115cm wide x 106cm high x 50cm deep

The chest of drawers is in fair condition with several areas of splitting, scuffing, scratching and losses. There is a large split in the top surface that reaches across the entire top, likewise both sides of the chest of drawers have long vertical splits. There is also water staining and general wear, scuffing and scratching to the finish of the top. There is some veneer loss and splitting, and the drawers, corners, base and feet have numerous areas of bruising and knocks to their edges. The rear left leg has broken, however the piece has bene retained. The knobs remain original as do the locks, however no key is present.  Please see the related photographs, viewing is recommended.
