Frame in poor condition with two large splits (one repaired) and several small areas of further damage including knocks and dents. Black paint layer worn in areas allowing the gilding underneath to show through.
The painting is in good condition with the glass being mainly free from blemishes and paint work being clean and crisp overall.

The Frame is in fairly good condition with no visible splits or repairs. Again, the black paint layer is worn in places allowing the gilding underneath to show through. There are also several small chips to the frame.
