There are the inevitable minor dents, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use. Both cutlery urns are in a good, restored condition. There is in fact relatively little obvious restoration or damage of any sort. There are two small infilled shrinkage cracks on one urn. The surface has a high polish and has a good deep colour to it. The inside support is in good condition, the small domical fixing point at the top of the interior rising square-section support, where it joins the cover of the urn, is possibly a replacement. The covers rise and are held in place by friction. They are in good, working condition.
