This watercolour is in overall good condition.

There are a few minor issues to note:

Slight overall sun exposure/staining.

A few isolated fox marks in particular to the left of the Campanile.

A few water marks to bottom margin.

A series of small chips to top of gilt frame.

The Exhibition label verso is clear and there is also a label to stretcher for J&W Vokins, picture dealers St James'.
