The mirror is in overall good condition, however it does display wear and slight damage commensurate with its age and use. There are some small losses and chipping to the gilt gesso in places, and there is also some cracking evident on the mirror's frame. The gilding appears to be majorly original with no recent retouching evident, though this cannot be verified for definite. The mirror plate is in good order with no cracking or obvious damage.
