A GEORGE III PINE AND STUDWORK CHEST BY MALTWOOD'S, THE STRAND

circa 1795, with a brass plate to the top inscribed 'Rev. J Braddon. Easington, Oakhampton.', the hinged lid opens to a lined interior, 30cm high x 51cm wide x 33cm deep

The Rev. John Braddon was born in Stowford, Easington in 1755. He was the Rector of Werrington, and the Vicar of Broadwoodwidger and Germansweek, all in the county of Devon. He died in 1842.
