Overall it looks good, the case has some wear. No obvious damage or repairs, all settings seem secure. It is difficult to approximate carat weight as they are old cut diamonds.
All we can say is the two largest diamonds set to the wings are c. 0.50ct each. The 3 centre diamonds are circa 0.50ct total. Please note the diamonds have not a lot of depth so for this reason it is difficult to give an accurate estimate.
