The chairs are in fairly good condition with some wear and damage commensurate with their age and use. The joints on both chairs are loose and there is evidence of some splitting, scratching and marking to the surface. The legs appear to be quite worn, however the inlay is in good condition with some small areas of cracking and losses. There is also evidence of some historic woodworm.
