Both chairs are in good condition, with wear commensurate with age and use. The legs and stretchers are free from major damage, though do display wear, scuffing, knocks and denting with a slight split on one stretcher: there are no obvious signs of worm or major repairs. The upholstery is overall in fairly good condition, with the loose covers being bright and free from noticeable staining and wear.
