Bidding ended. Lot is unsold.

There are a number of surface marks and scratches, consistent with age and use, notably rubbing near the joins where the steps have been folded. There is wear to the castors and around the feet. There are splits apparent, evident at the top of the left hand rail, to the stretcher and to the left foot. The metalware is showing signs of rust. There is play side to side in the hand rails. The top step has had screws added to the side, most probably for support.

The steps are a good decorative piece but would require attention before use.
