the beds with ebonised and parcel gilt birds of Egyptian Revival design, the headboards with painted burr walnut cresting, on turned and parcel gilt legs, each 100cm wide, with a collection of pelmets, curtains, covers and room fixings, collectively creating a purpose designed luxury bedroom setting.

Provenance: As featured in the 'Venetian Suite' in the Milestone Hotel, Kensington Court. The beds reputedly were purchased from Christie's for £5000.
