This attractive table has extensive restoration throughout. There is significant wood worm damage apparent to the underside of the top and to the frieze. The top has glued repairs to the length and the legs have a variety of glued repairs.
The top itself is supported from the under frame by a series of short battens and it is feasibly that the top and base are associated.
