Some surface marks and scratches to the case of the clock. The glass is missing from the hood door. There are some surface marks and scratches to the dial. A piece of ormolu decoration is loose from the dial (but present) and the hands are missing from the dial. 

The clock is spring driven and the pendulum is present but damaged (lacking bob)

The clock is also lacking a bell or gong and the 12 hammers that are present are all badly bent.
