mid 18th century, the rectangular plate within an egg and dart moulded re-entrant border, surmounted by a broken swan neck pediment, centred by a foliate carved and scrolling cartouche, 125cm high x 145cm wide

There are some chips and losses to the gilding, notably the motif to the upper corner is detached but present (please see additional images). There are areas of regilding and evidence of old repairs. Possible alterations to the frame. The plate is a later replacement. Old repairs to the cresting.
