The silver base is by Charles Reily & George Storer and hallmarked London 1846


One red panel is not engraved. 

There is slight rubbing to the red rim of u. Freude and each of the concave panels are slightly rubbed. 


The blue glass is chipped and cracked to rim, worn to gilding and has a few very small chips to rims
