20th century, the marginal plate within moulded borders with protruding corners, 75cm high x 118cm wide
This mirror looks to have been gilded, but touched up with ‘gold’ paint to a few damaged areas.
The sides of the frame are rather streaky and may have been gold painted as opposed to being gilded.
There are a few chipped areas of gesso.
