There are some surface marks and slight scratching evident. There are areas of dryness and particular wear concentrated around the feet and the tops of the seat back. The carpet of the steps has been replaced. It is likely the hinges have similarly been replaced. The overall appearance is good.
The height to the seat is 44.5cm .
