The top of the plinth is scratched and worn. There is a large chip to the moulding at the top. There are further chips and losses to the banded decoration as well as to the base of the column, where the bottom section of the column meets the stepped plinth. Chips and wear around the base. Some marks to the column itself, it has been periodically used outside.
