The pendant is in good condition. There is a small chip to the enamel of one clover leaf, but the rest appears to be in good overall condition. There is little wear to the pearls, and they remain bright and lustrous. There is no evidence of repair work or damage to the setting, and the associated chain also appears to be in good, original condition. The necklace has a gross weight of c. 5.4g.

The fitted presentation case is in poor condition, with the hinge being dislodged and the two halves separated. There is some wear and loss to the leather covering, but the silk and velvet remain serviceable.
