The necklace designed as a flock of birds appears to be in broadly good condition, it is slightly misshapen, and the bolt ring and part of the chain is missing. The metal has oxidised/discoloured slightly in places, but there are no losses or significant damage evident. The hallmark is slightly indistinguishable, however it appears to read 'C.A' 'Edinburgh, 1976'.
The necklace set with a variety of hardstones is in good condition, with no losses or significant damages evident. All stones are present as are the suspended crosses - the stones appear to have been glued into their settings. There are no breakages to the chain and the shepherd's crook fastening is present and functional. The metal has discoloured slightly and bears no obvious stamps or markings.
