the handle circa 1745-50, of scallop form, painted on each side with chinoiserie man in a hat, flowers, and fruit above and below, the sides with iron red scrollwork, the early 19th century silver gilt blade with French hallmarks, inscribed “Tour”, 7cm

In very good overall condition, there are no obvious signs of damage or restoration. There are small areas of wear to the handles decoration consiustent with age and use (please see additional images)
