by Thomas Whipham and Charles Wright, London 1766, the repousse pear-shaped body decorated with whimsical chinoiserie decoration of figures, buildings, foliage, birds, feathery leaves and fluttering pennants in landscapes, the neck engraved with a crest and with a simple rattan-bound scroll handle, the base of the spout with a scallop shell and the domed cover with bells and a pineapple finial, 25.5cm high (c.677g)
