18th century but converted from a firescreen, the rectangular top inset with a needlework panel, on a turned and baluster support with cabriole legs and club feet, 45cm wide
Provenance: Bt. in 1951 for one and a half guineas.
In country house condition. There is some wear and surface marks consistent with age and use and restorations to the underside (the top is faded) (please see additional images)
