Provenance: Bt. from the Pelham Gallery in the 1970’s.
The use of solid satinwood, as opposed to veneers, may be indicative of a colonial origin in the West Indies.

These beautiful and rare survivors have a wonderful colour and are in good overall condition. There is some wear and surface marks consistent with age and use. The handles are later replacements, there are some small areas of wood missing (please see additional images) The legs do not sit entirely straight as they are under a lot of weight from the drawers.
