The ring displays some minor surface wear and scratching, there is no evidence of repair or resizing work. The '1837' remains crisp, as does the '925' stamp; the 'T & CO' engraving has worn away at either end leaving the 'O' to read as more of a 'C', likewise the left bottom flick of the 'T' is indistinguishable. The ring remains square in shape and is stamped inside.
