There is some minimal surface scratching/marking to the gold, but no visible areas of significant wear or repair. The bail has not obviously thinned and the laurel design on the finials/caps remains crisp. The central diamond displays no noticeable chipping/nibbling and the collet shows no signs of wear/splitting. The amethyst shows no signs of damage with no obvious fractures and chips. The cross is hallmarked 'TF', '750' London, 1999 and bears the millenium stamp.
The presentation case is in good condition, with a functioning hinge and clasp. There is very mininal wear to the exterior and the interior remains clean. The outer box is also in good condition with no splitting or tears to the cardboard.
