There is some surface scratching and marking to the band, it has been resized and likely repaired at the back as it has thinned significantly. All diamonds are present and there are no obvious losses to the claws. The peridot appears to be securely set and does not rattle, there is some very minor abrasion to the edge of the table and slight nibbling to the girdle in places. The band is slightly misshapen and asymmetrically in line with the ring head, it is stamped 'DIA'.
