There is some marking and scratching to the shank, but there are no obvious signs of repair or resizing work. The setting displays some signs of wear, the majority of claws are present with one being absent and requiring replacement. All diamonds are present and display no obvious signs of nibbling/chipping. The sapphire appears to be securely set, displaying very minimal abrasion to areas of the girdle and some facets. The band is rounded and is stamped '18ct'.
