There is some surface marking and scratching to the gold, but there are no obvious signs of significant repair or resizing work. The shank has not worn noticeably thin and all claws are present. The stone displays some minor surface scratches to the table and some very minor nibbling/abrasion to some of the facets and areas of the girdle. The shank is rounded and is hallmarked '375', Birmingham, 1990.
