There is some surface marking and scratching to the gold, there is also evidence of case hardening. The back of the bangle has had a solder repair, but there is no significant denting. The galleries appear to be free from significant wear, all claws are present though it is likely that some may require attention. The clasp and hinge function well, the safety chain is present and unbroken. The crystal opals display a good broad/rolling flash colour play with blue/purple and green hues. There is surface wear/degredation to some of the opals, one end opal displays a rough edge on the inner side and there is wear to the edges of certain stones.
The fitted case displays interior and exterior wear. The hinge and clasp function, though both are a little loose and the clasp is not terribly secure.
